The following text contains comments, bug-reports and fixes for the SDKs. Each section begins with the name of the affected file in "".
According to Nathan Fiedler all above errors should have been corrected in these two SDKs. Nevertheless some bugs might still resist in "INITFILE.H" and "FILE.H" (s. above). Another problem is a bug in "GLUE" which will cause strange bug-messages. (Use the 2.0-sdk's GLUE instead.)
In sound.h there's a line that reads "IP_GUITAR,HARMONICS," (or was it "IP_GUITAR,_HARMONICS," or "IP_GUITAR_,HARMONICS,"?). Of course it should read "IP_GUITAR_HARMONICS,".
In most SDKs the provided GREV.EXE might have a problem with years >= 2000. E.g. 2009 will be stored as 19109. A fix for this has been provided by Nokia/Geoworks.
